K45_CP_P95 Switch primers into pET-28a Switch 7 (Fwd)

This part is the forward primer for switch 7 (K45_CP_P95, part BBa_K5079032) into pET-28a. It allows for the addition of overhangs to the sequence of protein switch 7 that are complementary to the pET-28a sequence for cloning. It has a melting point of 65.0°C . Part "BBa_ K5079014" used as reverse primer. Cloned in frame with a His Tag. Used with q5 polymerase mastermix.
